Hey there! Whether you’ve been following along for a while or you’re just stopping by to check things out — welcome! If you’re looking for a Realtor in the Denver metro or surrounding rural areas, you’re absolutely in the right place. And even if you're just here to casually browse or learn a bit more about this (sometimes wild!) real estate market, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Cher, and real estate is my jam. I genuinely love what I do — educating buyers and sellers, solving problems, navigating complex transactions, and helping people get where they’re meant to go.
Although I recently made a move back to my home roots in Wyoming, my Colorado real estate business is still fully active — and in great hands. I’ve partnered with a fantastic licensed agent in Denver who acts as my boots-on-the-ground presence for all things face-to-face, while I remain directly involved behind the scenes. From strategy to pricing, negotiation to marketing — it’s still me making sure every detail is handled with care (and a little bit of grit). You get the best of both worlds: local presence and seasoned guidance.
A little more about me: I grew up in Cody, Wyoming but called the Denver area home since 1992. I lived in Kiowa for over a decade, then made Parker’s Ponderosa Hills my home for the next 14 years. The rural areas of Douglas and Elbert Counties have my heart — and if you’re into horses, donkeys, goats, dogs, or cats, we’ll probably get along just fine.
Before real estate, I spent 20 years in corporate America leading technology teams — which means I’m a proud tech and data nerd. That background now gives my clients a major edge. I use smart systems to track every detail, data to guide pricing and market strategy, and high-level tech to market listings like a boss. Whether we’re selling a horse property, buying your first home, or exploring your next investment, you’ll have a strategic partner every step of the way.
